NEOTEL IS USELESS!!!

There was a huge misrepresentation to me regarding the Internet speed that i would receive on the 15 Gig package which includes a router which apparently gets up to 3.1mbps. This is so far from the truth! I was receiving speeds of .17mbps!!!<br> <br> I specifically asked whether the speed will be sufficient for skyping and the consultant informed me that if the speed is not satisfactory that they would install a range extender of some sorts, only to be informed after lodging the query that their usage was overpopulated and that there was nothing that i could do.<br> <br> I then attempted to cancel my contract and I wanted a refund for all of the amounts that I paid to Neotel due to their misrepresentation. I did use some of the data but a fraction of what the package allows and in order for me to determine the speed of the usage.<br> <br> I sent at least 10 emails to them!!! Once they informed me that the contract was cancelled but still the amount was deducted from my account!<br> <br> Guess what?Another amount was deducted from my account this month for data usage even though my statement shows that there was none!!<br> <br> I wish I had 10 000 characters! This is not a fraction of all of the complaints that I have!
