Neotel is Useless

I signed up with Neotel about a week ago and I have called the call centre numerous times to complain about the service not working, all the consultants on the phone were completely clueless and couldn't help me at all. I went into the store and that I had made the purchase ton let them know about my problem and they tested the device and it works in the store but as soon as I leave the store the service just goes dead. I went into the store again to let them know and they promised they would call me and send a technician over asap, 3 days later, they still haven't called or anything. I have now cancelled my contract and I still haven't heard a word from them. I will make sure that they don't get a cent of my money and I feel as if this is a breach of contract because they told me that I have great coverage in my area and I have no connection at all.
