Neotel is the worst ISP in South Africa !!!

<p>After complaining for the last 3 months about unacceptable internet speeds, i logged fault with their "so called technical department". It took 13 days from the day the fault was logged for me to even be contacted. When i was finally contacted, I was told a technician would come out and fix the problem identified by Neotell. A week later because they are too lazy to come out & fix their problem, they responded and said loss of connectivity and low speeds in their opinion was acceptable. I am of the opinion that Neotel are worse than than Telkom !!! </p>
