Neotel is pathetic

<p>I have had such bad service from Neotel. The client were complaining they count get hold of us. </p> <p>We then decided to go with another company and asked for our lines to be cancelled. They were cancelled a month before they were supposed to be. We phoned neotel almost everyday. Sometimes 2 times a day. And they just didn't care. </p> <p>We lost so much business because I clients could not get hold of us. </p> <p>If you thinking of getting landlines I would think twice. It's been 1 year of frustration and loads of money wasted. </p>
