Neotel is charging me unfairly without recourse

I have tried everything in my capacity to sort out this problem to no avail. I moved from Pretoria to Cape Town in July. There was still 2 months left on my Neotel contract. I visited the store and was advised to leave everything at the property (a rental that changed ownership) and terminate service once the contract had expired. I terminated the service in August at Bellville. I explained that I do not reside at the property anymore and that they should phone the owner for collection. In November, I was charged R2000. I found out they were charging me because they could not collect the antenna and router because they couldn't reach me. After I explained numerous times I do not reside there. I took matters into my own hands and phoned the new owner who delivered the antenna but not the router (router is missing) to Neotel (Menlyn). I phoned numerous times, sent >10 emails to sort this out (and I am willing to pay for the missing router). I wasn't called back and nobody was willing to help me. This week, I received a call from the previous owner telling me lawyers are looking for me. I phoned Neotel upset and Elliot hung up on me. I am desperate to have this sorted, what to do?
