Neotel is a JOKE!!!

Our Neotel package we signed up for that was offered to us an upgrade was a 10 gig data package but it apparently it should have been 5 gig data...not our mistake. We want what we were offered. We have every month being charged for anything above 5 gigs. We have had numerous run ins with Neotel about fighting to get credits passed for incorrect charges so we have now decided to cancel due to Neotels incompetence and lack of service. M Web here we come!
