Neotel - *********** Accounts Department

I have had a bad experience with Neotel, as I have been on the receiving end with threats from their Debt Collectors (NuDebt) who insist I owe R135.57. However, I have received a NIL BALANCE invoice from Neotel already. Cleaarly, Neotel accounts dept are *********** and have not informed Nu Debt that my account is settled, hence nil balance invoice.
