Neotel Im so disappointed

I've been using Neotel for 3 years and I've never had a problem. I've always been impressed with the level of service I received from them. Neotel is convenient and affordable for my small business needs. <br> <br> 2 weeks ago my telephone (device) fell into the swimming pool .... I called Neotel to order a new phone. I paid the R599.00 and send the proof of payment plus my ID and POA. and the consultant confirm that the phone will be delivered within a day or 2<br> <br> I was very concerned when a customer informed me that you get a message \you have reached an invalid number"when you call the line .... (which is not good for my business.) <br> <br> After a week of calling them everyday following up on when the phone will be delivered - I got the new phone today. <br> <br> Now an even bigger problem ... my number has been changed and my old number (which is on my website) is still giving the message (you have reached an invalid number)<br> <br> I've been on the phone with Neotel trying to sort this out and how they need another 48 hours to convert the line. I m losing valued customers and business every hour."""
