Neotel **********ly debiting money from my account

I signed up for a data deal with Neotel last month. The pamphlet advertising the deal stated there would be no installation fee, when I went to the store they confirmed this. The day before installation, they called me and again, in a recorded call confirmed there were no fees for installation. This month they debited a lot of money from my bank account and said it included installation fees. I have lodged three complaints over three weeks and they all say they will get back to me within 24 hours and you never hear from them. Neotel is a ********** company that does not bother dealing with customer complaints, they just write them down. Further, their internet speeds under perform drastically compared to what they advertise. Do not sign up for anything with them it will be a nightmare.
