NEOTEL ********* ******* Useless

<p>I cancelled / transferred my account before the beginning of March. Unfortunately after cutoff date. They still made a deduction at the end of March, after a long struggle of a phone call and being cut off they guaranteed I would be refunded by the end of April..... guess what they just made another deduction (May) again instead of a refund. After they confirmed my account has been successfully cancelled and transferred. Deducting money from my account without authorisation is *****! Useless company!!! Do NOT use this company!!!! This company must be exposed!!!!!</p>
