Neotel fails to understand

In 2012 Neotel representative sold us a solution that promised to be more effective as a telephone system than Telkom, that we would save money on our billings and the VOIP solution would work well for us. In October, we moved into our new premises in Palmyra Junction, Claremont with the assurance from Neotel reps that we would be up and running in a few weeks, but convinced us to buy a residential phone line to keep the phones ringing. The following transpired:
1. Numerous technical difficulties,
2. Faulty lines caused dropped calls and poor sound,
3. Interruption to our normal function of the business continued week after week for two months,
4. In December the technicians eventually got a system to work (2 months later),
5. In January we were given a bill of R7k for the hardware (no upfront payments we were advised),
6. Due to months of disruption, failure to delivery, misleading information we cancelled and requested that Neotel come in and remove all their hardware,
7. We got Telkom in and had a reliable low cost service installed,
8. Neotel continues to send us monthly accounts 3 years later for failed service, adding interest upon interest.

The customer comes last
