Neotel..Empty promises
<p>Neotel continues to debit my account after promising me they won't...</p> <p>Please see your previous interaction where i was promised the issues will be resolved.. Yet my account was debited for an amount of R347 this month.. Empty promises...</p>
Please see below the previous interaction that I had received from Neotel:
"Hi Junaid thanks for getting in touch, we have checked with our team and you will not be liable for termination fees and a credit note has been logged. The reference loaded for you is:SREQ_ ********** 9:1 . Our team will be in touch to notify you when credit will be passed"
Please kindly explain why my account was debited after receiving the message above?
