NEOTEL DOES NOT READ POSTS
My complaint was not read as the response from NEOTEL is to thank me for my compliment???<br> Maybe that is why I cannot rectify Neotels mistake because they do not have compitent customer service employees to properly respond and resolve COMPLAINTS.<br> NEOTEL please do take the time and actually read my complaint before responding! Do not use a copy and paste process to respond to complaints!<br> Awaiting actual urgent feedback on my previous complaint!
