Neotel deactivates my data card n forfiets all my data for no particular reason!!!
<p>Neotel deactivated my data card n forfeited all the data for no logical reason.</p> <p>When i called in to query the service consultant was talking to othera in the call center about her boy friend and didnt realise my call was out through to her.</p> <p> </p> <p>When i called in again n asked for the supervisor i was told that it was a mistake n all will be recyified in 48hrs. Its been over a week and i still haven't recieved any feedback or anything.</p> <p> </p> <p>When i called back today to query the issue i had another bad run in with another consultant. </p> <p> </p> <p>This is disgusting service from neotel.</p> <p> </p> <p>Neotel doesnt seem to want to do anything to address my issue.</p> <p> </p> <p>My bussiness has been affected by not accessing tge service i paid for.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was incured addition costs to use alternat services while i cant use the services i paid neotel for.</p> <p>I hope other consumers reading this will realise the quality of service if any service that neotel provides for paid services.</p>

Well its been a week now since i posted and not even a call or any form of contact from neotel. They still refuse to rectify their ******* actions.
This proves to show to all customers and potential customers of neotel that neotel provides disgusting if not NO Service to their customers and they can decide to take your money and NOT PROVIDE ANY SERVICE for the money they take witch makes them *******.
So people if you would like to trow your money away then you can choose neotel.
Im am disgusted and will never use neotel ever again.
