Neotel customer service

<p>I have had constant trouble with our Neotel handset (HUAWEI FP2255) loosing signal and turning off at random moments. I have contacted Neotel customer service at least 4 times this year already. They reply that someone will contact me regarding replacing the handset, but no-one ever does. There used to be a Neotel store at N1 City, but that has closed. Other than e-mail, there seems no way to contact this company. Rates are excellent, but service needs improvement!</p>
