Neotel: Champions of bad service :(

<p>Since upgrading my contract my service deterioated to close to none.</p> <p> </p> <p>Neotel has even blocked HelloPeter :(</p> <p> </p> <p>Turn around on e-mails is many days. Call centre has queues bancrupting anyone call by cellphone. Call back function does not work. Neotel web complaints form does not work.</p> <p> </p> <p>Advise to all: Be ready for the champs of bad service when dealing with Neotel </p>
