Neotel cannot deliver what they advertise and sell

We have invested in Fibre, Wimax, LTE and Microwave products from Neotel. I can honestly say that not one of the products performs to what Neotel Promises. When you complain you have to sit for endless hours doing FTP tests to show them that the service is poor. Neobroadband they hide behind \best effort"clause. So getting 2mb on a 8mb Wimax is acceptable to Neotel. Don't think they will credit you because they cant deliver 8mb. We complained about the 2MB speed when we where on 5MB"
