Neotel Cannot Deliver
Hello<br> <br> This is the second complaint on this forum in addtion to the two lodged with Neotel. They do not devilver the speed promised. Mt download speed is meant to be up to 3.1 mbps and upload 2.1 mbpd (as per neotel website)<br> <br> When I test my download speed has never been more than 0.7 mbps and up load never more than 0.2mbps<br> <br> Do not fall for false advertising
