Neotel Blacklisted me after credit confirmation

I ordered a phone from Neotel and it was delivered within 2 days. After 4-5 days of trying to get the phone activated I called Neotel and told them that I am terminating my contract as their service is pathetic. I logged calls, sent emails etc. and nobody got back to me. After a few days they sent me a Termination confirmation letter and said that they would credit me. <br> <br> Almost 2 years later I app**** for a home loan and it was declined because Neotel put me on ITC for R500, this is the R500 that was supposedly credited. <br> I've requested for them to resolve this issue and still I am not getting any help from their staff. <br> I have called about 30 times this week alone. I need someone @ Neotel to clear my name before I have to take this to legal.
