Neotel Bad Service Issue

<p>I took out a contract and it ended on April 2015. Prior to the ending of the contract (6 months), Neotel block my account and couldnt access the internet. I went to the office several times but got no response. I then felt tired of their service, since the only office they had was in N1 city. Once it closed down, I could access Neotel. They now ant to charge me R4000 to settle the account. I am so unhappy with their service! This issue must be resolved with them. I took out the contract through my company, genesis Web Hosting, which is not running anymore. I am unhappy!</p>
