Neotel - bad service, bad attitude

<p>I've been using Neotel as an internet service provider for nearly 6 years. Up until 6 months ago the service was pretty good. A little slow but reliable. Now it's a disaster. Often I can't even access my emails, let alone my company pages on Social Media sites such as linkedin or facebook. Despite alerting Neotel to the problem both telephonically and via email nothing seems to be done. In fact my emails are only acknowledged via a automatic responder and other than that are completely ignored. V. disappointed with the lack of service and committment from Neotel.</p>
