Neotel bad internet speed

<p>Hi all, This is my second time complaining about bad neotel ****le internet speeds.</p> <p>After 1st complaint, a day later i got my normal mimimum speed of 1Mbps ,for about 5 days.</p> <p>Now i am back to the same extremely speed that i cant even do a speed test and it times out.</p> <p>When is Neotel going to sort this problem out?</p> <p>I have phoned them and emailed, responce i get is 0.4Mbps is an acceptable speed.</p> <p>I have most of the time had over 1Mbps.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>For about 5</p>
