Neotel bad internet speed

<p> Hi,</p> <p>My last complaint regarding bad internet broadband speed on the 19 september 2016 on my ********** 561 number,noetel phone me and said they will look into the matter. From the 20 september until today 5 october, i have had 5 days at random dates where the speed was just over 1Mbps. Still not sorted out out. I had 1 timeout speed test, today after another timeout, i did another test and speed of 0.12Mbps.</p> <p>So looks like after complaint,not much changed!</p> <p>Regards Carlos</p>
