NEOTEL ARE USELESS & UNHELPFUL

I bought a new phone as a replacement for the one that was ******, unfortunately they did not have stock any where for the one that sits in a cradle so I was forced to buy the cell phone type with the cable that plugs in. <br> I have had it a few weeks and the end that fits the phone to charge has broken, the centre pied of the item has gone into itself so you cannot charge it.<br> I sent the departments at Neotel an email asking them to please replace and the reply is I must repurchase a new unit.<br> THIS IS A RIP OF AND SHOWS HOW UNCOMMITTED NEOTEL IS TO ITS CUSTOMERS OBVIOUSLY CUSTOMERS ARE NOT IMPORTANT TO NEOTEL
