<p> 2 days no Internet and these *****s have no idea when the issue will be fixed. Call centre agents don't have a clue and refuse to pay me a refund for down days. Anyone looking to get a new LTE ISP, DO NOT USE NEOTEL. Their service is very bad, and customer service is even worse.</p>
