neotel acc shows in arrear paying every month

<p>I been struggling with Neotel for past 10 months to explain why acc is in arrears they can't answer me I had this wifi install in July, October had technical problems cancel my debit orders was told from consultant that I was credited back for unpaid debit orders as well as time I was offline but my acc is in arrears</p>
