I ordered an uncapped neobroadband package. Sent my details in and a sales consultant calls me and says that I've been approved but because of my credit score I had to pay a deposit of 2000. Funny cos with my score I was approved by Telkom and for car finance. It doesn't state anywhere on the advert I had to pay 2000. I told the consultant no and he said he'll get back to me and heard nothing ever since. A bunch of ********.
