Neotel 23.7gigs I can't use cause no signal

I got a Neotel data stick on 13 Feb 2012 thinking woohoo!! yip****! internet well that feeling soon dropped to what a sh.t product no signal even when they checked they said there was a signal before i purchased the stick well every now and then I've tried to connect and it connects maybe after 5min but nothing happens. So here i have 23.7gig's I can't use.<br> <br> I think they should get out of the data business cause this sucks I want my money back, I think I've been very calm for 3 years but now it's time to pay me back for a cr.p product you sold me.
