Neoflex Data

People should be informed that Neotel advertises the Neoflex data product as a high speed internet connection with a down link speed of up to 3.1Mbps and 1.8Mbps uplink. This is unfortunately not close to the truth as I discovered after receiving my router on the 8th of June. After contacting the call centre and sending the speedtest results to them. The feedback was that 0.3Mbps is an acceptable download speed, and if I want faster internet then I should get Neobroadband. Well I don't agree with that, and if 0.3Mbps is indeed the accpetable download speed for the product it should be clearly indicated as such on the product page on the Neotel website, this border on false advertising. I will be terminating this new contract with Neotel as I am not getting what I paid for.
