Neo-HELL

<p>I currently have a 4meg uncapped LTE line with Neotel. If i am able to get over speeds of 1meg during peak times I consider myself lucky. Another issue is the constant drop in connection and I have to constantly reboot the antenna and router(up-to 25 times per day) When I took out the contract they promised a low contention ration of 25:1 but according to their technical department the ratio on my sector on the base station is over 150:1. That is false advertising and breach of Contract on their part as far as I am concerned. Neotel customer care is pathetic as all they do is request you to do is change settings on router etc. whilst the issue basically boils down to them having too many subscribers and too little infrastructure . I have logged numerous queries with them but the issue is never resolved.</p>
