My landline was disconnected without my knowledge.

I had the worst experience dealing with staff from Neotel and up to this day my phone line which I'm using is still disconnected. I have lost a lot these past few weeks, they asked for Rica documents which I've sent and nothing has been done. I've told them several times that we have address more than a year ago from the address they have on the system. I have explained that we using the line for business and emailed them a new business address which they rejected and said they want a personal address Which I've also sent and it was rejected, it's so frustrating cause I don't know what else to send. I'm losing business.
