My House phone is not working

I am so upset with what I am getting when I am calling Neotel to complain about my House phone I got from them. For the passed +/-4 months my phone is not working. I called Neotel and they checked on their side and there seems to be nothing wrong ( but there is no dial tone nothing)- the last Consultant I spoke to said I must bring the phone to Neotel. This is very bad customer sercvice I think. Its a house phone- I know that when you call Telkom about your phone they come to your home and repair. This query has been going on so long- I do not have the time to go to Midrand, I work in Kempton Park, I live in the south of JHB, I do not drive, I do not have the time to take local transport to come to your offices for you'll to see whats happening with this phone.
