Moving house, placed antenna directly over my front door!

<p>This might repeat, as I received error on this site. I have just had the antenna moved from my old address to my new address. I am at work and unable to be there. My son is home to let them in. They asked me where they could place the antenna, I said anywhere. But, I never expected them to place the antenna directly above my front door! I asked my son to send me a photo of where they placed the antenna and was very surprised to see their choice of location, I would never expect such a location - over the front door - really? I immediately phoned your Call Center - within 20 mins of them leaving site. I have logged a complaint and told them to go back and move it to a less obstructive location. They advised that this is where the signal is best. I am in Telecommunications and understand RF networks, VOIP, data transfer etc, I know that this antenna can be moved just 2m left or right onto another wall, and my signal is likely to be the same. The agent agreed to send them back, but has told me I have to pay again for them to correct the location of the antenna. Obviously I dispute this, as they should have got it right the first time, it should not take me to have to tell them that over a front door is not a good location. Please do not bill me for correcting this antenna placement. If you still go ahead and bill me, I will obviously pursue the matter further. Thank you</p>
