Misleading Marketing /Offer
We took up Neotel's offer advertising a hand held mobile device that could operate with dual sims. Neotel 'walk-in\ center confirmed this after a telephone call and we purchased the device cash for R1000.

Our request was to:
1) Change to a pay as u go for the previous Neotel contract of the land line
2) Replace the cumbersome /desk top phone set with a Mobile phone for the land line number
3) Take up the opportunity of Data offered with the package offered

Instead
