May as well be using a 56K dial up ....

After moving to a new area, I contacted Neotel around the 4th or 5th to come install the equipment at the new address. They came and installed and it worked perfectly. 3 hours later the speed dropped from 3.84mbps to 2.2mbps. I called and logged a ticket immediately. This was never recorded. I called again on the 6th and logged another ticket which was escalated, after the technician asked me to send him a screenshot and other tech stuff. 4 days later and I call today and get told that I must redo the technical stuff at home and send information again before they can assist me further. My speed has dropped to 0.8mbps with a download speed of 40kb/s and yet I am being charged for a 4mbps package. Why must it take 6 days to get access to a service that I'm paying for? Moreover, why must I always be the one to contact you for feedback? I'm in the service industry and you don't know what service is. On any level.
