Makes no sence

I was told I have 1.6 gigs but used it in the past 24hours in 24 hours you can not download more then 1.6gigs worth from Neotels slow wifi router on most days.<br> <br> Is there managers or are the agents trained to say, they not available?<br> Scr ***
