Liquid Telecom is unprofessional and provides low quality service

We've been clients of Liquid Telecom for over four years and in the passed few months we've had issue after issue with Liquid Telecom. There is no direct contact person and we constantly call through to have someone assist us with internet issues and with our landline.

What is currently bringing me to review Liquid Telecom and Neotel is that they have closed off our telephone number, are not assisting us with getting help to move it, are making us run around to call different people without having someone direct to handle this issue. We have made calls, sent emails to no satisfaction.

We are very unhappy with their service and after the debacle of our internet service over the year and the combination of this telephone connection issue, we would be happy to take our business elsewhere as you are not helpful at all, do not provide adequate service.
