Lie about contention ratio

<p>Been fighting for over 5 weeks with Neotel support that there is something wrong with their network. I am paying for a 5Mbps line with a 25:1 contention ratio however I am getting 0.2Mbps download speeds no matter what time of day. Eventually after fighting with support that I will not send anymore speed test results as it makes no difference what time of day it is,they send people through to me to test my equipment. Low and behold there is nothing wrong on my side as I already knew. This company reported to Neotel there is a network issue and guess what they say? The tower is congested and they will need more towers. So what this story about a 25:1 contention ratio. Total lies. In all other LTE and other wireless ISP connections I have come across with those kinds of contention ratios have I ever seems speeds this bad. How is that CellC can get 20Mbps off a SIM card on my phone and Neotel can't even get 1Mbps with using an antennae on the roof. </p>
