Lack of Service

<p>Been waiting for more than 6 months for a new home phone, everytime we query it, we get "we have been informed it will be arriving in 2 weeks, we will call you." its been 2 weeks for the last six months this is pathetic, they didnt bother to even ask what problems we are having.. you phone the number and it says it does not exist, it doesnt charge anymore, and they say im going to phone you, on that number, How? the phone doesnt work - and your Wifi is pathetic as well. took it into N1 city, he looked at it, and said we know its a problem.??? Like Really??? Neotel was the biggest mistake we ever made, using Data now more than ever because the Wifi never works</p>
