Issues with stick and data purchased

Purchased 7g data for my stick on about 18th August 2017. It does not log on. Customer service emailed wanted proof of payment, this was emailed. The came back to me and stated all sorted and loaded with R10.00. What happened to the 7gigs bought and why does it not log on states number and password does not match but is as per print out from Neotel. Pathetic.
