Incorrectly Billed upon cancellation - NOW BLACK LISTED.

I submitted a notice for the cancellation of my Uncapped 4mbps LTE Neotel package on 06/11/2015 (SREQ ********** 24). On 19/11/2015 I received a confirmation email from CSRetentions that my account will be terminated on 30/11/2015 (SREQ_ ********** 82) with a charge of R1000 - which I understood and
was happy with.
On 01/12/2015 I received and invoice for R999 (Data service for 01/12/2016 - 31-12-2016), and by 03/12/2015 I realised that my service is still active - was never cancelled. I then contacted Neotel again to confirm the termination of the account, which they only assisted with then (FCR ********** 47). I was fine with this "R1000" debit order, as the lady who assisted me assured me this would be taken as the "Termination Fee" and that I do not owe Neotel any additional fees.
On 01/01/2016 I then received another invoice where the amount of R791,52 was credited to my Neotel account (not back to my bank account) and a termination fee charged of R1000 - leaving my oustanding balance on R237,67 (I was billed pro-rata for my "usage" between 01/12/2015 - 03/12/2016). I then logged ANOTHER request with Neotel to get this issue resolved - FCR_ ********** 11 on 14/01/2016, but once again, with NO luck. The incident was submitted to the billing department where they then requested 3 months bank statements from me as proof of payment, which I submitted on 22/01/2016 (FCR ********** 85 / SREQ_ ********** 68).
On 01/02/2016, a debit order for the amount of R1236.67 when down on my account (whilst the billing department was "investigating" the matter) - and ofcorse, because this was a mistake made by Neotel, I reversed the payment until this was resolved.
I phoned Neotel on numerous accounts to follow up, but the only answer I received was that the matter is still being taken care of by the billing department.
Now imagine my suprise when finding out I am now LISTED on ITC with a bad credit record for "Non payment" by NEOTEL?? Thanks to the complete lack of service by this company, my excellent credit record has now been stained!

With growing sick and tired of this misunderstanding, I've paid the "oustanding" amount - but still cannot apply for my business loan for another 6 months, due to my bad credit record! This kind of service is unacceptable, and trust me when I say I will
NEVER recommend anyone to take any service with Neotel ever again.
