<p>Once again our wifi rooter gave problems. Why do you use zyxel rooters if they are so useless and keep giving problems. The internet service is rediculous. You cant watch a program without having to restart the rooter several times. And then once you contact the call centre you have to deal with more incompetence. They never phone you back and they keep in referring you to another department or person. We have been struggling wit this since Sunday afternoon. And this not even one month after our previous problem. We need the internet because we run a business from home. We are loosing money!!!!! </p>
