Incompetant Communications company

<p>We joined Neotel about 6 months ago because we were tired of Telkom . What a mistake they gave us a phone that looks like a cell phone , after 4 months the the phone started switching itself of and now it stays of you can't swirch it on. We went to the headoffice in Midrand and they tell us they don't have stock of the hand sets and they don't know when they will be getting in . This line is my bussiness line so what am i suppose to do now ?</p> <p> </p> <p>They will not let us know when the stock comes in , we have to phone them to find out if there is stock yet. If that is customer service - i don't understand how such a company can be in bussiness. Is there any reliable telecomunications company in this country ?</p> <p> </p>
