Impossible to cancel your contract

<p>I have been trying to cancel my Neo Broadband LTE contract with Neotel since last week. I have sent mails, I have made many calls, I even logged a complaint ref about my querie not being responded to. Judging on the feedback on google it seems I will have to go to the bank and remove the debit order for Neotel and hope they realize what is going on and by some miracle that will prompt them to call or atleast mail me to cancel this contract. </p> <p> </p> <p>It is a waste of time to ask for a superior at the call centre they will give every possible excuse not the transfer the call up the ranks. They are quick to sign a new contract but oh so useless to cancel one. </p> <p> </p> <p>Can I be black listed if I cancel it at the bank after I have exhausted every avenue to cancel the contract. </p>
