Imaginary 5 cents owed and listed on ITC

About 3 years ago I bought a wireless modem plus data as Neotel claimed there was coverage in my area. I brought the device home and there was absolutely no signal/coverage so I returned it immediately and cancelled my contract. That was the end of it, so i thought..<br> <br> Last week my private bankers inform me than I am listed on ITC because I owe Neotel R1. I called Neotel and they say I owe them 5 cents actually and so they listed me on ITC 7 weeks ago. This has severely affected my professional image and reputation with my bank in a very negative way. It is completely unprofessional to make mistakes like this Neotel (I can only assume it was an accounting department error) never mind that nobody from your company has ever tried to contact me to rectify the issue (No credit control from your side). So you have effectively listed me on ITC *******ly! <br> My reference number given by your call centre is \SREQ ***". Nobody ever returns my calls"
