I have never seen such a revolting service
<p> I have never seen such a revolting service wifi Acc:R ********** 41. Neotel sold me something they dont have. They sold me wifi knowing that they dont have coverage in my area. they have been taking money from my account even though i have informed them that the internet is not active in my area. Requested for the boster but no 1 could assist. Now they demand me to pay for the times the internet was off all together plus the cancellation fee! I am very frustrated!</p>
Neotel has not responded to my issue until now. I STILL RECEIVE THREATS TO PAY THE ACCOUNT! and no help!

I had a wifi issue with NEOTEL which took them 8 months to resolve. The wifi account was linked with the landline account and whilst they were resolving the issue with the wifi they blocked the landline services also. when i complained about this they unlock the the landline service for just 1 month and following month they blocked it again. When i called in they told me they made a mistake they were not supposed to unlock it as the accounts a linked. they continued and block the land line and now demanding that i pay for all the time the landline was blocked by them while investigating the fact that i was sold the wifi on no coverage area. I am not happy as they are threatening and forcing me to pay for services i didnt receive.
