I have been waiting for a Neotel Phone for a year

<p>i went to neotel to purchase a 011 mobile phone more than a year ago and was advised that as soon as they get new stock i was going to be contacted , after 6 months i went back to neotel and they told me that they had stock a month ago and they have run out, but to my suprise these same phones are all over on www.gumtree.co.za . my question is how is it that neotel never has stock but people on the streets selling at double the price have stock?</p> <p> </p>
