I can run faster than my neotel line speed

<p>Neotel is by far the worst i've ever experienced when it comes to anything. Customer Service, response times, technical service, billing. You name a service and you will be dissapointed. I have had this line now since april 2015 when i initially installed a 2mb uncapped package. 2 months later i realised that it was impossible to even receive a whatsapp on a line that only downloads at 1.1mb maximum. I decided to upgrade the line to a 5mb but that didnt make any difference. I have complained on many occasions without any luck of getting the issue resolved. I write with because i am now complaining for the 4 time about slow speed. on a 5mb line i can only get a 2.4mb download at the best of times. Neotel is the worst service provider in our country if not the world. To all the people that are looking for some type of internet you better off paying someone to run your emails to and from the recipients than trying to use a neotel line. Your emails and messages will probably get there faster. </p>
