I by a Neotel desktop prepaid the sale guy told me to go pay at NetBank R700 got the phone 5 days after Delivered to me I opem the box the phone works fine 2 days after the phones screen stops working everything stops working I call ur call center and ur agents tell me I am lieing can u plz help me with getting a other phone cz no one can help me and I am trying now for 1 yer to get hep I don't anymore want a desk top phone cz just now u sent a new desktop and it do the same I would like a cordless phone I would like my faulty desktop phone to be swap for a new. Cordless phone on prepaid as the desktop phone stopped working with in the 7 days that it was delivered to me and no one could help me its now 5 months I trying to get help and the consumer law says if I am not happy with something in 6 months I can get a.
