How about a little notice and some detail on your website

<p>Neotel LTE down again with no prior warning. Helpdesk says "undergoing maintenance". Surely it was planned maintenece?? Nothing on website to this effect - in fact nothing ever appears on your website about problems. I feel really sorry for you Customer Services Manager. He is a real gem but I fear he is fighting a loosing battle and simply tries best to put out fires created by poor management. Well done for you efforts Mr G. Sure, in know you have just been bought out but this is pathetic service as it is the second major LTE outage since the deal went through ... time to install fibre.</p>
